New Englanders love their seafood and if you like crab the Barking Crab in Boston is sharing the perfect way to cook and eat them.

Executive Chef Josh Brown says they sell a lot of crab, including the delicious North Carolina rock crab.

“When you cook crab having a flavorful broth is really important. Crab is so delicate you need to accentuate its flavor,” he said.

When it comes to eating the crab Brown says the trick is to take the top off so you can get at the good stuff.

“There’s no way you’re coming out of this without getting messy,” he said.
