You probably already enjoyed a big plate of turkey and all the fixings but now you may want a little leftover snack.

Flatbread Piadini with turkey breast

2 grilled Flatbreads

8 ounces turkey left over

4 tablespoons cranberry orange relish

1 cup arugula salad

4 slices of havarti cheese

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoon olive oil

Spread the cranberry orange relish on each of the grilled flatbread.

Add turkey, cheese and arugula.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Fold them in half to serve.
