Kona wrap:
Collard green leaves (in place of a tortilla) – 4 to 6 leaves, blanched and patted dry
Tuna salad, made with greek yogurt, purple cabbage, green onions and carrots – heaping 2oz scoop
Avocado – 1/4
Hard boiled egg – 1 whole
Celery – 2oz
Romaine lettuce – 10oz
Homemade honey dijon dressing – 2oz
