It’s time for football and Tom Brady is on the field, which is good news for fans and for head coach Bill Belichick.
In honor of that, 7News went to the Coolidge Corner Clubhouse for a taste of Bill.
Owner Andy Pomper said the Bill Belichick is a popular choice.
“We got the Bill Belichick on the menu because he is the best coach in the NFL,” Pomper said.
Chef Vladimir Alvarado showed us how it’s done.

White meat chicken tips marinated 24-36 hours in golden Italian dressing are then grilled to perfection. Take an 8-inch French-style roll from a local baker and place the chicken tip on it. Top with caramelized onions, sautéed peppers, and sautéed cremini and button mushrooms.
Melt provolone cheese over the entire sandwich and serve with a pile of curly French fries seasoned with Lawry’s salt.
