The White House is set to host a State dinner Tuesday night.
President Obama will welcome the Prime Minister of Singapore.
During the meeting, the President is expected to once again campaign for the trans-pacific partnership deal.
President Obama negotiated the deal and said his goal of boosting ties with Asia will survive, regardless of which candidate is elected.
