A Sandwich woman accused in a Chinatown hit-and-run earlier this year is being held on bail.
Xiao Ying Zhou was charged with two counts of hit-and-run causing personal injury.
Police said Zhou hit two people with her car back in February, dragging one of them for 3 miles before stopping in Dorchester.
