A 23-year-old woman was bitten by a small nurse shark in Boca Raton, Florida, on Sunday.
Emergency crews arrived at the beach and found the two-foot shark attached to the woman’s arm.
She was then taken to a local hospital with the shark still attached.
She is currently in stable condition.
Nurse shark sightings are common on south Florida beaches and can be as long at 14-feet.
