BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) — A woman charged with planning the killing of her husband in Vermont has been ordered to remain in jail before her trial.
Angela Auclair, 47, has been in custody since she was charged in December. She was charged with conspiring with her son, Kory Lee George, to kill David Auclair last summer.
A judge ruled recently that Angela Auclair doesn’t have a responsible adult to live with and poses a threat to witnesses involved in the case, WCAX-TV reported.
Angela Auclair has denied the charges in the case. David Auclair, of Williston, was found shot dead at a trail head in Hinesburg in July.
