Japan stormed out to win the first set against South Korea in the first volleyball match of the Olympics, but they could not hold on.
South Korea came back and won the next three sets by scores of 25-15, 25-17 and 25-21.
Captain Kim Yeon-koung led the way for South Korea with a whopping 28 spikes and 30 points.
