WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) — A Worcester dentist charged with killing his wife after her body was found outside below a broken third-floor window of their Princeton home is facing arraignment.
Roger Desilets Jr. is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Worcester Superior Court on manslaughter and assault charges.
Kathleen Desilets was found dead underneath the smashed window in December 2011.
The Telegram & Gazette reports that the death certificate said the woman died of blunt trauma of the torso with a laceration of the heart and fractures of the ribs and spine.
Her husband told investigators that he and his wife had an argument, and she went upstairs and smashed the window with a chair before either falling or jumping out.
Roger Desilets' lawyer says his client had nothing to do with his wife's death.
