A family from Worcester is suing police after the SWAT team burst into their apartment looking for a man who didn’t live there.
The woman who did live there said state police detectives and the SWAT team broke down her door last August.
She said a female officer frisked her and that her fiancée suffered a minor back injury.
The family said it spent nearly $9,000 on medical bills because of the raid.
