People in Worcester honored an officer killed on the job Saturday.

James Street Car Wash held a fundraiser to honor Officer Ronald Tarentino.

Sixty officers from Auburn and Leicester were there throughout the car wash.

Officer Ronald Tarentino was killed on May 22 in Auburn. He was shot in the back by Jorge Zambrano during a traffic stop.

Zambrano was later killed in a shootout with police.

Tarentino was 42 years old, and he left behind a wife and three children.
