Yarmouth Police seek help finding owner of rescued dog

YARMOUTH, MASS. (WHDH) - Yarmouth Police are seeking the public’s help locating the owner of a dog found wandering on the streets.

According to police, the dog was wandering on on South Sea Avenue in West Yarmouth on Wednesday and was later rescued by officers from a marsh on Lewis Pond.

The dog is believed to be about seven months old and has no license or chip identification.

Animal Control has not received any calls from her owner reporting her missing.
