Parents-to-be seem to have a special interest in gymnast Simone Biles and swimmer Simone Manuel, as “Simone baby name” has spiked 230 percent in the month of August, as pointed out by NBC News.

According to Google trends, this is the first time since 2010 there has been this many searches for the name Simone.

Plus, Simones may be particularly coach-able athletes. Many baby books list the meaning or origin of the name as “listen,” “one who listens well” and “one who hears.”

Biles became the first U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals in a single Olympic Games (team event, all-around, floor exercise and vault). Biles also won a bronze on balance beam.

Manuel became the first African-American swimmer to win gold in an individual event, where she tied with Canadian teenager Penny Oleksiak in the 100m freestyle. She brought home an individual silver medal in the 50m freestyle, plus another gold and silver in the 4x100m freestyle and 4x100m medley relays.
