British cyclist Jason Kenny beat Australia’s Matthew Glaetzer to win his third world title in March. Kenny hadn’t won that title since 2013, but he’s peaking at the right time looking like the rider who won the Olympic sprint in 2012. Glaetzer is the world’s top-ranked sprinter, however, and shouldn’t overlooked when it comes to a spot on the podium.

Women’s odds:
Zhong Tianshi (CHN) – 49/20
Kristina Vogel (GER) – 69/20
Junhong Lin (CHN) – 5/1
Anna Meares (AUS) – 6/1

Rebecca James (GBR) – 21/2
Stephanie Morton (AUS) – 18/1
Lee Wai Sze (HKG) – 25/1

Katy Marchant (GBR) – 40/1
Laurine van Riessen (NED) – 40/1
Simona Krupeckaitė (LTU) – 50/1
Natasha Hansen (NZL) – 50/1
Virginie Cueff (FRA) – 80/1
Miriam Welte (GER) – 80/1
Kate O’Brien (CAN) – 100/1
Tania Calvo Barbero (ESP) – 100/1
Juliana Gaviria (COL) – 125/1
Lisandra Guerra Rodriguez (CUB) – 150/1
Monique Sullivan (CAN) -200/1
Sandie Clair (FRA) – 200/1
Fatehah Mustapa (MAS) – 200/1

Zhong Tianshi became China’s first world champion in an individual cycling event at the Track World Championships earlier this year and is the favorite in the individual sprint. Germany’s Kristina Vogel, however, won that title last year and added a keirin championship to her list of accolades. The two should battle for the gold. Britain’s Becky James has been fast of late and could end up on the podium as well.
