FARMINGTON, Conn. (WHDH) – A car crashing into a gas pump caused a fire at a gas station in Farmington, Connecticut.
Surveillance video shows a car going into reverse and knocking a gas pump onto a car. Two children were inside the car and witnesses quickly got them out.
The gas pump was shut off but not before flames spread to more cars.
No one was injured in the fire. Police said the driver mistakenly hit the gas instead of the brakes.
