Many experts believe the trade for Chris Sale makes the Red Sox serious World Series contenders.
Red Sox nation seemed very excited about the trade.
“I mean Chris sale is a stud, he’s undeniably the ace of our staff he comes in right away and he’s our number one,” said Ken Hoffman, a Red Sox fan.
“I think it’s great we need the help in the pitching department,” said another fan.
There was also some disappointment about losing top prospect, Moncada.
