Just like that we find ourselves in Camel Country and delightful weather. Second #WCW in a row—That’s Weather Crush Wednesday if you’re late to the blog party (blogged about it last Wednesday). We have some fantastic weather to close out spring 2015 here in New England.
A sweet bubble of dry air arrived overnight and will spend a few days with us. Plan on mainly sunny skies today and a mix of sun & clouds tomorrow through Saturday. The only exception will be a weak cool front that slips through here late tomorrow night & early Friday morning. That front is starving for moisture so it will produce clouds but little if any rain and if it does it would occur after dark tomorrow night and before sunrise on Friday. Temps will reach the 70s during the afternoon hours.
Our next weather day is Fathers day. Bummer. It will be a cool front dropping in from Canada but unlike it’s predecessor, this one will have plenty of moisture to work with thanks to the remnants of tropical depression Bill (currently located Deep in the Heart of Texas). This front will sling showers & downpours through New England on Sunday, limiting the excitement for outdoor plans (unless your old man is a fish or a duck). Being in a drought, this rain will be welcome but the timing is the worst part of this. As we get closer perhaps a dry window in the day will reveal itself.
