A report on the deflated footballs in the AFC Championship game between the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts has been released.
The report finds it “more probable than not that” that Patriots personnel participated in rules violations and that “it is more probable than not that Tom Brady was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities.”
