We’re there… almost.
While we’ve been able to string together a bunch of dry days over the past couple of months, we haven’t been able to string together a bunch of milder days for a prolonged warm-up. That’ll finally change on this upcoming 7 day forecast!
We’ll get there, but first, we still need to patiently wait out some more cool weather today. With an onshore breeze, temperatures this afternoon hold in the upper 40s along the coast and the middle to upper 50s inland. We’ll feature more clouds than sun, but some breaks of sun are expected, especially mid to late afternoon.
As the breezes turn from the east to the south, the warm-up commences over the weekend and has some staying power through next week. Tee-time this weekend? The FORE!!!!cast is looking good for that with temps in the 60s on Saturday and lower 70s on Sunday. Warm enough at least to finally shed those jackets by the afternoon. Whether you can shed that slice or hook may be a different story. At least this time of year it’s easier to find your ball in the woods… no vegetation to sift through yet! Trust me… that’s coming from plenty of searching experience.
Yard sales, ball games and yard work to do? The weather looks good for all of the too this weekend. If you looking for something to do, come on down and join 7News and Project Bread in Boston for the Walk For Hunger on Sunday morning. The weather looks great for a great cause with morning temps starting in the upper 40s and rising to near 60 by mid-morning. http://www.projectbread.org/walk-for-hunger/
Monday is warm, close to 80! Next weekend features many more days in the upper 60s to mid 70s as well.
TGIF and have a great weekend!
