NEW YORK (WHDH) - New York’s senate and assembly have crafted measures that would allow sites such as Fan Duel and Boston-based Draft Kings to operate if they follow certain requirements.

These requirements include paying licensing fees to the state.

The sites shut down operations in New York in March, after the state’s Attorney General said they violated gambling laws.
