The popular new smartphone game Pokémon Go may be responsible for a robbery in Missouri.
Police say four teens used the popular new game to lure someone to a parking lot, then robbed the victim at gunpoint.
Investigators said they believe suspects have used the game to rob people before.
“You know it may not be as much as them using the location to find the individuals, but as well as the inattention of the persons walking around, staring at their phone,” said Sgt. Steve Stringer of the O’Fallon Police Department.
Police are still searching for the robbers.
