BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA (WHDH) — A seal jumped onto the back of a tour boat to escape some predators, and it was all caught on camera.
The seal avoided becoming a meal for killer whales as he jumped onto the back of the boat.
The whales swam around the boat as the seal laid on the back, trying to avoid the pod.
Nick Templeman, who runs the tour our of British Columbia, said he had never seen an orca hunt this extreme.
Eventually, the whales gave up and the seal went back into the water.
