Tewksbury Police have arrested an employee at an auto shop after he was accused of secretly recording/photographing a woman underneath her dress.
Police responded to the Tewksbury Sooner Lube on Main Street Monday. According to police, Todd Mitchell Jr., 26 of Lowell, was in the pit area of the garage underneath the vehicle where the car’s fluids are changed.
The female victim was called to the garage to go over the work being done to her vehicle when she noticed a cell phone from underneath the pit where she was standing.
Tewksbury detectives placed Mitchell under arrest after an investigation into the matter.
Mitchell was arraigned on charges of secret sexual surveillance.
