A Texas woman who witnessed Thursday night’s terror attack said she was also in Dallas during last week’s shooting rampage.
She described the scene and what it’s like to experience tragedy two times in one week.
She said she and her friends sprinted toward their hotel after the attack and made it there unharmed.
