Blend Ingredients into a Puree
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1/4 cup oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tblsp shallots
- 1/4 cup evoo
- 3/4 cup blended oil
- 2 Tblsp sherry vinegar
- 2 tsp lemonjuice
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp aleppo pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
