Blend Ingredients into a Puree

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/4 cup oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tblsp shallots
  • 1/4 cup evoo
  • 3/4 cup blended oil
  • 2 Tblsp sherry vinegar
  • 2 tsp lemonjuice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp aleppo pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
