Tis the season… whether you’re planning to pick out the family Christmas tree, hang 25,000 twinkle lights Griswold style, or get some holiday shopping done, we have the weekend weather that’ll work for all of that.

How about kicking back and watching some football? Well there’s always the weather for that as your couch will likely feature temps near 70 and low humidity :-).  Joking aside, Gillette looks like a great spot to be this weekend with High School Superbowls featuring temps in the low to mid 40s today with a gusty wind pushing 30mph. Good luck to all those playing today, and enjoy the moment! I was lucky enough to play in 2 Superbowls in High School, 19 and 20 years ago, and the memories from that experience is something you’ll always cherish, so soak it all in!

Sunday afternoon looks great for the Pats game with lots of sun and temps near 40. Sure, it’ll be a little cool, but that sun will help and the wind won’t be as strong Sunday as what it is today. Go Pats!!!!!!!!

How about some snow? Sure, we’ll throw in a few flakes on Monday. It’s by no means a big storm, but patchy flurries and patchy light snow may drop a dusting to 1/2″ of snow for some with highs only in the mid to upper 30s.

Tuesday looks quiet before some light rain/light mix works in Wednesday. More showers are likely Thursday and Thursday night before colder air pours in by Friday afternoon. A much colder pattern prevails next weekend with highs only in the 30s.

Have a great weekend!
