What a perfect Fall weekend in October we just had! Temps running in the 60s to low 70s and quite a bit of sunshine through the weekend too. Perhaps we come close to it again next weekend? That would certainly be nice!
Before we get there, we do go through some rain over the next couple days, and a chillier pattern too. Today, we’ll start off dry with some light, scattered showers developing by midday into the afternoon as highs hold near 60.
Overnight, it’ll be mild and unsettled as more showers traverse the area. Embedded downpours are possible overnight, with the highest chance for that across Southeast Mass. Rain totals vary quite a bit across the region, with many towns picking up 0.25″ or less. With that said, any embedded downpours, most likely across Southeast Mass overnight, could produce 1-2″ in some areas.
Morning showers taper off tomorrow by the afternoon, allowing for improvements to settle on it. As drier air punches in, so will a bit of a chilly as mid week highs remain in the 50s with some frosty starts to the morning likely mid to late week.
How about that weekend weather? Right now, it looks like Saturday and Sunday stay dry with temps well into the 60s again.
