While today wasn’t the brightest, it certainly was warm! Highs ranged dramatically depending on your location, but for the most part they were well above average! This, however, was as a cold front lingered not so far in the distance, and now that that front is moving on through Southern New England, you’ll feel a dramatic difference.

Temperatures are already plummeting, and will continue to do so until we are in the 30s/40s. We’ll also see showers this evening, and then a round of rain tomorrow morning as well.

Thursday stays quite dreary– even after the morning rain dissipates, the clouds will stick around. Highs will remain in the upper 30s and low 40s, and it’ll be breezy with gusts in the 20s. We’ll see another round of showers Thursday night as well.

Friday starts off with clouds and some drizzle, but will become nicer into the afternoon. It’ll be quite breezy once again (gusts largely in the 20s) but temperatures rebound! Highs will be in the 60s– good news for those headed to Fenway for the Sox home opener.

The weekend is looking alright overall, although quite nuanced.
Saturday will start out warm, with temps climbing into the 60s in the morning. However, thanks to anoooother back-door cold-front, temperatures will very quickly fall during the day. Otherwise, we’re looking at a mainly dry day, but a few showers in the evening.

Temperatures rebound again on Easter Sunday, with highs getting back into the low 60s. However, yet another front will bring some evening showers and gusty winds as well– something to keep in mind if you were planning an Easter egg hunt for later in the day!
