First snow of the season is making for some slick AM commutes! Good news is, we aren’t talking about very impressive snow totals, and the worst of this messy weather pulls through before the mid-morning hours. We’re already seeing very dry air push in behind this main snow band. This will help snow to taper off rather quickly into the late morning hours.

We also see some warmer air push in from the southern Massachusetts into northern Mass. This will transition our light snow showers to light rain showers late morning into the afternoon. Our rainy weather stays predominantly east of Highway 91, and we’ll dry out from west to east. By the mid-afternoon we could see some rainy weather, mainly east of the 495. We dry out by the evening commute, with even a few peaks of sunshine possible into the late afternoon.

Temps trend cool throughout your workweek, with the next best shot at some wet weather looking to be Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning.
Drive safely!
