After few locations received new record highs yesterday, another day of record warmth is in the forecast, with temperatures expected to exceed records by at least 3 degrees Sunday.
Although it’ll remain warm Sunday and Monday, a cold front arriving Monday morning will eventually filter in cooler air by Tuesday morning.
Temperatures are expected to drop from the 70s back into the 50s for highs midweek, but sunshine will stick around with high pressure expected overhead.
