Stay up late last night? At least the fatigue this morning was well worth it! Add in a little extra coffee, and it’s about as good of a start to the week as you’ll get. Pats win, Sox in 1st and the weather represents September perfection. Winning on all fronts to kick off the week.

Sure, it’s a bit of a cool start this morning, but with tons of sunshine, the recovery is nice as highs run in the low to mid 70s. The coolest temps will reside along the coast as sea breezes kick on in. Clear skies tonight, temps fade back into the 40s and 50s, coolest in the burbs.

As an area of high pressure slides over us and then east of us, winds turn back to the southwest tomorrow afternoon, allowing temps to warm to near 80 degrees after a chilly start. The humidity stays comfortable tomorrow, then comes back up on Wednesday.  Wednesday is the warmest day of the week with highs in the mid 80s.

While we don’t have a lot of rain in the forecast, we do catch a couple of chances for some showers and storms. The first chance coming late Wednesday/Wednesday night with a scattering of showers and storms along a cold front. The second chance, not until Sunday.

Behind Wednesday night’s cold front, it’ll turn much cooler again Thursday and Friday with highs in the low 70s and overnight lows in the 40s and 50s.
