One man was arrested and another is on the loose after police said they robbed a bar in Worcester early Sunday morning.

Surveillance cameras at the Perfect Game bar in Worcester show the suspects trying to break in after the bar closed for the night. General manager Joe Morin said the two men tried to climb through an exhaust vent before they smashed through a back door and went into the basement. Morin said one of the men grabbed several bottles of alcohol and took off.

Police said the other managed to get into the bar by smashing the front door and going inside, where he stole the bar’s cash register. The actions triggered the bar’s security alarm and police arrived. Morin said the man was arrested in the back alley when police found him trying to open the cash register. The other man got away.

“The importance of finding him is to make sure they don’t continue to do this in the neighborhood,” said Morin.
