HOLBROOK, MASS. (WHDH) - Officials responded to a  car fire in Holbrook on Saturday morning.

According to the Holbrook Fire Department, a truck was parked against a home when the truck caught fire.  The fire then extended to the house.

According to Fire Lieutenant Johnson, the fire department found the truck fully engulfed in flames, with the fire extending to the house and live power lines down on the street.

A neighbor knocked on the homeowners door to warn him of the smoking truck, and the homeowner called the fire department.

There was exterior damage to the house, but the fire department was able to put out the flames before the fire spread to the inside the house.

The car was deemed a total loss, but there were no injuries.
