PLYMOUTH, MASS. (WHDH) - The Coast Guard is actively searching the waters off of Bug Light in Plymouth.
They say there may be a person in the water.
The Coast Guard says a fisherman spotted a kayak in the harbor. It was overturned with a paddle attached.
