A federal magistrate in Massachusetts will hear arguments today on a confidentiality agreement proposed by lawyers for Bill Cosby, who’s being sued by seven women for defamation.
The women claim Cosby sexually assaulted them decades ago and Cosby’s lawyers want materials gathered in the suit kept out of the public eye.
Cosby’s lawyers say the plaintiffs have sought "invasive and intimate details" about Cosby’s medical and sexual history.
