The driver accused in a hit-and-run that injured a bicyclist in Wellesley has turned himself in to police.

Police said the 21-year-old Wellesley man was charged with OUI, speeding and leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury. He will be arraigned on Monday.

The crash happened at the intersection of Hampshire and Bristol roads. The victim, a 47-year-old Framingham man, was hit and dragged by the suspect’s pickup truck and left unconscious. He was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and is expected to be OK.
