MIAMI (WHDH) - A makeshift memorial dedicate to late baseball star, Jose Fernandez, was spotted floating off the Florida coast.
The tribute featured the former Miami Marlins ace’s initials and his famous number 16.
The Cuban Flag was in the middle of the memorial, paying homage to Hernandez’ home country.
The 24-year-old was killed last Sunday in a boat accident off Miami Beach.
