FRAMINGHAM, MASS. (WHDH) - A Framingham man became an instant millionaire once again after playing a lucky lottery ticket.
Howard Rankin won a million dollars after buying a $10 scratch ticket from Stop and Shop in Framingham.
He also won a million dollar prize from a lottery ticket at the same store last November.
Rankin chose to receive a lump sum, meaning he’ll take home $650,000 after taxes.
