BOW, NEW HAMPSHIRE (WHDH) — A man accused of using a front end loader as a weapon pleaded not guilty in a video arraignment on Thursday.

According to police, Peter Emanuel used the loader to destroy construction equipment and threaten police.

Emanuel allegedly used a front end loader to attack his older brother at the family’s recycling business in Bow, New Hampshire.

Prosecutors said the 55-year-old victim running the crane escaped injury Wednesday afternoon when Emanuel allegedly crashed into the piece of heavy equipment,
flipping it on its side. He also allegedly attempted to ram into a police cruiser with the loader before he took off in a trash truck.

Emanuel was eventually tracked down and arrested by police.

During the court proceedings, he called his high bail ridiculous.
