NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. (WHDH) — A horrific crash killed a man on his motorcycle near a ramp off Interstate 495 in North Andover.
Police discovered the victim 1,000 feet away from the location of his motorcycle.
Methuen police said they saw him speeding down 4-95 but they did not see the crash.
