Study: Long distance running not best for weight loss

A new Fitbit analysis suggests that if you’re trying to lose weight, long distance running might be a waste of time.

This is because after you run long distance for awhile, your body adapts to the exercise and burns fewer calories.

Experts recommend sprinting and strength training, which has more of an effect.
