WALTHAM, Mass. (WHDH) — Waltham Police were seeking the public's help in finding a missing man.

Carlos Wilfredo Orellana-Moya has been missing from 85 Charles St. Waltham since Thursday, June 27 at 11pm.

According to the Waltham Police, Carlos Wilfredo Orellana-Moya, was born on June 26, 1994 is 5'5" with brown eyes, short black hair and his left arm is paralyzed. He has some medical issues and possible brain damage due to a past stroke as he shakes/has tremors. He lives with his sister Silvia Mejia at 85 Charles St. and does not work.

He has gone missing twice since 1/13 and was found in Watertown once and on Waltham St. near the Newton/Waltham line the other time.

At 5am on June 28, Mejia found that Moya had left the house sometime overnight. She said she last saw him in his pajamas but he possibly walked away wearing a white tank top shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.

He has been in Waltham for 8 months and previously lived in TN. He has no money, credit cards or cell phone and has no friends or associates in the area. Despite his brain injuries, he does know his name and SS#, according to his sister but would not be able to find his way back home.

Moya was entered into LEAPS as a Missing Person. If any agencies/hospitals having located an unidentified males who fit this description or if he is located, please call the Waltham Police at 781-314-3600.
