Three people were injured after a Jeep crashed into a Mattapan barbershop Wednesday evening.

Witnesses said the SUV plowed through Primo’s Barbershop on Morton Street. One witness told 7News there was broken glass everywhere and people were screaming for help.

"I saw a lot of people start running towards it," said Leo Joseph, who filmed the aftermath on his cellphone. "I started walking towards it and started helping pull the car back."

The victims were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police said the driver is not being charged at this time.

It has not been said when the barbershop will reopen.

The accident remains under investigation.
