Three teenagers were arrested for their involvement in a robbery at Mammoth Convenience store in Pelham Sunday.

According to Pelham Police, an officer was conducting checks of closed businesses due to an increase in burglaries in surrounding towns.

Shortly after 1:00 a.m., the officer saw a car parked behind the Mammoth Convenience store with its headlights on. The front door of the building was smashed.

According to police, the car drove around the store in reverse and attempted to leave on Mammoth Road when the officer arrived.

Video surveillance in the store showed a man smashing the front door and stealing cartons of cigarettes, lottery tickets, and other items.

Police arrested 19-year-old Jonathan Flynn of Pelham. He was charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and loitering or prowling. He also had an electronic bench warrant for criminal mischief out for his arrest from Nashua District Court.

The driver of the car, 19-year-old Danielle Hagan of Hudson, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal liability for the conduct of another, and loitering or prowling.

Dennis Martinez, 18, of Hudson was a passenger waiting in the car. He was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and loitering or prowling.

Flynn’s bail was set at $10,000 cash. Hagan’s and Martinez’s bail were both set at $5,000 cash. 

All three suspects will be arraigned at 10:00 a.m. on Monday at Salem District Court.
