Members of a church in Scituate that was closed by the archdiocese are getting some extra time to make their case.
A judge ruled the parishioners at Saint Frances X Cabrini Church have until March 3 to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
If the court doesn’t take the case, they’ll have two weeks to leave.
The group has been holding a vigil at the church since it was closed 11 years ago.
