Police have identified a suspect in the murder of a Malden woman.

Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Kenneth Manning, 35, of Malden, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney’s office. 

Police believe Manning killed 36-year-old Colleen Russell and stole her car on Feb. 15. 

Authorities described the suspect as 6’2" and approximately 265 pounds. He has brown hair. 

Manning was last seen wearing dark pants and a dark hooded sweatshirt on Feb. 16 in Somerville, according to the DA’s office. Manning is known to carry a knife and use controlled substances. 

Manning has a large tattoo across the back of his neck and two others on his left bicep and left calf.

Authorities are urging anybody who spots Manning to not approach him. 

Authorities say Russell’s car was found in Somerville on Feb. 17.
