Roxbury, MA (WHDH) — A Brighton man was arraigned in a Roxbury courtroom Friday.
Police say 20-year-old Trevon Bell was behind the wheel of a car that slammed into a Wentworth Campus Police cruiser Thursday night.
He is being held on $10,000 cash bail.
Police say they were responding to a report of shots fired in Roxbury around 1 a.m. when Bell allegedly slammed into the cruiser.
The officer has minor injuries after the accident.
Police say three other people inside the car took off after the crash.
Bell also has a release order banning him from the neighborhood where the crash happened.
