A Connecticut dog owner is currently facing controversy over a cruel crime.
The owner, who lives in Torrington, allegedly duct-taped her dog’s mouth because it was barking.
She then took a picture and posted it on Facebook.
That post went viral, with people lashing out at the dog owner.
The woman said it was just for a minute, but local detectives said they want to talk with her.
Police said they have been flooded with thousands of concerned calls, even from people in Australia and Canada.
