(WHDH) — A new study suggest eating cheese on a daily basis may be good for your health.

Researchers from Norway and China who examined data from 15 studies said people who eat a little bit of cheese each day have a lower risk of developing heart disease and a lower chance of having a stroke.

Experts say people who ate 40 grams per day – a square about the size of a matchbook – had the best results.
